Rock wool board

      The main materials of rock wool products is basalt,being smelted in high temperature these materials will be off centered into fibber by a four roll centrifuge and collected later by a collective straps, these fibbers will be solidified, cut into different specification.The products have the features of non-flaming, low heat transfer coefficient,sound insulation.
 Product application:
1. Used for fire protection, thermal insulation in construction and building ,  commercial and residential buildings.  
2. Used for sound absorption in roofing, celling , external wall, partition wall and floating floor.
3. Low density rock wool board suitable for roof and wall in thecture building.
The feature of product:
1.Good fireproof. 
Raw material used in the nature basalt is grade A1 incombustible fire building materials. Do not burn in the fire, burning dripping does not produce toxic gas, the melting temperature over 1000 degree can effectively prevent the spread of fire in the construction.
2. Good heat insulation performance.
Low slag content and fleible fiber make to low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation effect.
3.Good hydrophobic performance
The hydrophobic rate is greater than 98%.
4.Sound Absorption
Slender fiber of rock wool have good acoustic barrier performance. rock wool is recognized good sound absorbing materials and has been applied widely in the world
